The Request
Refinish of a powder room to include custom board and batten wainscoting around the entire powder room. Custom design and selection of appropriate materials to maximize counter space and storage space below the counter while minimizing obstruction of the bathroom door and walkway. Installation of a new vanity, countertop, sink, faucet, tile floor, light fixture, bathroom hardware, and mirror.
The Work
Removal of the old sink, vanity, faucet, and countertop. Removal of the old flooring, bathroom hardware, lighting fixture, and mirror.
Drywall repair to ensure a seamless look at project completion. Painting of walls and ceiling using premium paint. Installation of tile flooring and grout.
Installation of the vanity, countertop, sink, and faucet. Installation of new bathroom hardware, such as a towel rack and toilet paper roll hanger. Connection of the water supply and drain lines to the faucet and sink, respectively. Painting of all trim and the bathroom door.
Behind the Walls
Installation of new GFCI outlets to ensure the bathroom was up to building code.
